A small word of advice: Please bear in mind that everyone's computer screens are different and that you will experience slight variations in color from the items scanned in this catalogue. Rest assure that these products are as true to life as you may be seeing them and that all of our products are authentic and unique crafts of Provence. Each piece is made directly by the artists' crafty hands. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same since they are all handmade, which enhances the value of the product and creates some degree of exclusivity. Some art pieces will most likely be exclusive pieces and may not be reproduced by the artist for "Magali" or for anyone else.

Back-orders or custom-orders

For any back-orders or custom-made orders, please allow at least 4 to 8 weeks for the crafting & production, (as all products are handcrafted and individually made by the artisans and artisits in Provence), for transatlantic shipment and any U.S. Customs Duty Clearance and Inspection. Some products may require slightly more time to be crafted or processed and this will be indicated in the product's description.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy

Since all our products are handcrafted and authentic pieces, exchanges and returns are permitted on a store credit basis only, however, no refunds accepted. Call-in if you are not sure about a product or to request some advice, rather than ordering and later returning. Remember, you'll then have to pay for shipping and handling three times.

Damages

If you should receive a damaged product, please contact us, as soon as possible, in order to solve the issue and/or file a claim with the shipping/courier service. (A photo may be required by the shipping/courier company to comply with the damage reimbursement claim).
